Finance Manager at Superhumans

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on audit experience from Big-4 firms. The candidate should also have a keen interest in the developments within the finance.

Responsibilities:
•Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management.
•Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
•Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
•Prepare IFRS transformation, coordinate with external auditors and oversee the audit process.
•Assess potential risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management.
•Participation in the process of financial reporting to the donors and insurance company.
•Apply insights gained from 2+ years of experience in audit at Big-4 firms to ensure financial compliance.

Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
•Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency; Fluent in Ukrainian.
•Structured thinking.
•Result-oriented, committed, responsible, and capable of working independently.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in audit at Big-4 firms – will be a plus
