Superhumans Center has been awarded the highest level of international accreditation under the Qmentum International program by Accreditation Canada — Diamond. This is the highest distinction within the Accreditation Canada system, which brings together more than 14,000 healthcare organizations across over 40 countries and is recognized as one of the leading international frameworks for assessing the quality and safety of healthcare services.
The international survey process lasted four days. A team of experts evaluated the Center’s operations against 12 standards, 21 priority processes, and more than 1,281 criteria. The assessment covered the entire patient journey — from the initial contact with the Center through treatment and rehabilitation to reintegration into everyday life.
Superhumans became the first healthcare center in Ukraine to receive Qmentum International accreditation from Accreditation Canada. Achieving the Diamond level confirms that the Center operates in accordance with the highest international standards of quality, patient safety, clinical governance, and healthcare process management.
Since opening in April 2023, Superhumans Center has, in less than three years, established a comprehensive system of care for people affected by war. This system meets international requirements for healthcare quality, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care.
This accreditation achievement was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Center’s team, the implementation of international best practices, continuous improvement of internal processes, and the collective support of partners who contribute to the advancement of modern rehabilitation and reconstructive medicine in Ukraine.
Receiving Diamond accreditation is not only a recognition of the work accomplished by Superhumans Center but also an important testament to the ability of Ukraine’s healthcare system to implement and uphold the highest international standards, even amid a full-scale war.
This achievement marks a new stage in the Center’s development and provides a foundation for further expansion of the Superhumans network, the introduction of innovative approaches to treatment and rehabilitation, and the continued improvement of patient care across Ukraine.
