About Us
Superhumans Center is a leading Ukrainian health institution specializing in war-related injuries, prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation, and psychological support. Since 2022, we have been building cutting-edge programs in bioengineering and medical innovation.
Together with our international partners, we are developing a 3D medical engineering platform to advance surgical planning, prosthetics, and digital fabrication for patients in Ukraine. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise to real-world challenges, support rehabilitation of war victims, and help shape the future of biomedical engineering in Ukraine.
Your Missions
As part of our 3D engineering team, you will:
- Develop and structure a 3D printing unit at Superhumans Center in Lviv (EU-compliant, MDR & GDPR standards).
- Consolidate CAD-CAM expertise in maxillofacial reconstruction, prosthetics, and surgical planning.
- Train Ukrainian biomedical engineers and collaborate with French universities (Université Paris Cité).
- Support pediatric hospitals (Ohmatdyt, Lviv & Kyiv) in setting up 3D medical engineering platforms.
- Explore innovations in epithesis design (in partnership with French specialists).
Profile We’re Looking For
- Background in Biomedical Engineering, 3D fabrication of medical devices, work in a medical facility, or similar, with at least 2+ years of practical experience.
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling (Fusion 360, Blender, 3DS Max, Rhino, etc.) and 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF), particularly for medical applications.
- Knowledge of virtual surgical planning (CMF and traumatology), prosthetics, and digital fabrication innovations.
- Familiarity with EU medical device regulations (MDR, GDPR, EHS).
- Excellent organizational and teaching skills – ability to train and federate a local team.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Educational or professional connection with France (e.g., having studied, worked, or residing in France) would be a strong asset, as it would facilitate collaboration and integration within the project’s international partnership framework.
Availability for frequent travel:
- 3 weeks/month in Lviv,
- 1 week/month in Kyiv,
- paid vacation in France (travel & housing covered).
