      Given limitations under Ukrainian law for the Organization to receive or hold cryptocurrency assets, donations made through this option are not directly received nor controlled by Superhumans but … Given limitations under Ukrainian law for the Organization to receive or hold cryptocurrency assets, donations made through this option are not directly received nor controlled by Superhumans but are processed by intermediaries acting on behalf of the Organization. Proceeds from charitable donations made in the form of cryptocurrency assets, sent by a Donor through the website’s software, are recognized on the Organization’s balance sheet as assets acquired only once such donations have been converted into fiat currency and provided as a prepayment to our suppliers. Such donations are then recognized as inventory received as humanitarian aid, in accordance with the Organization’s internal procedures.
